Monroe hires human resources director

After an announcement by Monroe City Mayor Jamie Mayo, Gail C. Ryan began her position as the new Director of Human Resources for the City of Monroe last week.

Ryan, SPHR, has over 30 years of executive level and human resources work experience in diverse organizations.

She has established human resources departments in four companies.

"We are excited to welcome Ryan to our team as Director of Human Resources.
