Ruth Elizabeth Ochs Harvey, 76, of Monroe, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012. Her funeral was at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Loch Arbor Baptist Church. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday. Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe.
