Cinema favorites light up Christmas at Biedenharn

What's your favorite Christmas movie? Maybe "It's a Wonderful Life" puts you in the holiday spirit… or you and the kids just have to watch "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" every December. Or, your family tradition is Dickens' Victorian classic, "A Christmas Carol."

Whatever your favorite December viewing, you're likely to find it depicted at the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens this year. The Monroe Garden Study League decorates the Emy Lou Biedenharn home and ElSong Gardens for the holidays each year. This year's theme is "Cinema Christmas Classics."

"The Polar Express" greets visitors in the Garden Room. The various rooms throughout the home depict the settings of the movies.

Museum Executive Director Ralph Calhoun said this year, the volunteers have outdone themselves.
