Florence Faulk Fluker
Florence Faulk Fluker, 91, of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012.
Memorial services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Loraine Otwell
Funeral services for Loraine Otwell, 76, of West Monroe, were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, with Dr. Greg Clark officiating. Interment was at Beulah Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Loraine was born May 11, 1936 in Calhoun, and passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, in West Monroe. Loraine was a member of Cedar Crest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Everett Otwell; and parents, John Walker Russell and Mattie Russell.

Survivors include her daughters, Sandy Welch and husband, Robert, Tamra Keys and husband, James; son, Lance Otwell and wife, Tina; sisters, Elaine Ables and Gladys Spurlock; brother, Bobby Russell and wife, Helen; sisters-in-law, Gloria Watson, Barbara Bell and Linda Otwell; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were grandsons B.J. Welch, Lane Welch, Cody Keys, Gage Otwell, Garrett Otwell and Chad Perot.

Visitation was Wednesday before services.

Dorothy Smith, 74, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Mulhearn Memorial Park. Interment will follow under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.
