Dianne Cage: Nov. 29, 2012 by Dianne Cage - posted Thursday, November 29th, 2012 @ 12:00 pm No one in this whole wide world has more beautiful autumn leaf change than the deep South!
There may be more color and maybe more massive color display of leaves in other parts of this world. But when you get that splash of reds, yellows, oranges and gold mixed with our green, green Pine Tree, it is something to behold!
Thanksgiving Day we motored over to Panola County Texas, two hours from our house, to Mike Jr.'s fabulous camp/hunting/fishing lodge. The drive from Monroe to Shreveport on I-20 was like being in a Walt Disney movie, the sunny cool day with our deep South Autumn colors was a treat! .....
