Thanksgiving is that special time of the year when chestnuts are roasting on an open fire, great food, friends, and family are gathering...over the river and through the woods to the Ewings house we go and then back home to the Guillot's... we show the next generation how to pass our family's traditions and culture as we celebrate with joy and gratitude, Thanksgiving 2012..
The research says that we Americans spend some $471 billion during the Thanksgiving and through the Christmas seasons...in the name of giving.
Eight of ten Americans say this is a time of increased stress as we want to be givers of just the right gift for all. The Christmas season should be more about caring, peace, and gratitude and a time we enjoy rather than endure.
