West Monroe High School hosts powerlifting tournament

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) along with the Louisiana High School Powerlifting Association (LHSPA) announced that West Monroe High School in West Monroe, La. will host the 2013 state powerlifting championships March 14 – 16, 2013.

"The LHSAA is elated to work with the LHSPA and the Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitors Bureau to bring the 2013 state powerlifting meet to West Monroe," said LHSAA Executive Director Kenny Henderson. "We are confident that West Monroe High School will be a great host for this event and welcome our student-athletes, family and fans with open arms to enjoy three days of the best this high school sport has to offer in our state."
