Annual CelticFest storms into Kiroli Park

The 8th Annual Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival takes to the stage this Saturday in a new home.

This year's festival will be held in West Monroe's Kiroli Park, a venue festival organizer Doyle Jeter says is ideal.

"We really do love the idea of doing the festival in Kiroli Park," Jeter says. "There's just no prettier place."

Jeter long envisioned a music festival celebrating the Celtic roots of northeastern Louisiana. Celtic culture is typically centered on Ireland, Scotland, England, and Wales.
