Bastrop visits Neville in district play

The Neville Tigers prepare for District 2-4A competition against the visiting Bastrop Rams Friday night.

The Tigers are 4A defending state champions with a season record of 5-0 after last week's 48-14 victory over the visiting 5A Airline Vikings from Bossier.

Bastrop holds a 4-1 season record after last week's 39-23 win against the Rayville Hornets and a 20-14 loss to the 5A defending state champions West Monroe Rebels the week before that.
