Exceptional people come in all shapes, sizes

Have you ever been told that you could not do something? For some people that command only strengthens their resolve to prove otherwise.
I heard a story some years ago about a young boy who was told that he was too little to play football. The coach told him to go home because they did not have a uniform small enough to fit him. He went home and told his mother.
His mother did not believe in dream killers so she made him a uniform then took him back to the coach and he immediately let him join the team. This little boy grew to become a great athlete. He started for the University of Oklahoma as an offensive lineman. Oklahoma won several national championships with this little boy who had grown to 6' 4" and weighing 265 pounds. This was before the days of weight programs.
