ULM drops midweek contest to No. 6 Ole Miss

Ole Miss (17-1) scored runs in four of the first six innings en route to a 10-4 victory over ULM (8-8) Tuesday night at Warhawk Field.

The Rebels plated a single run in each of the first two innings before pushing three runs across in the top of the fourth inning to stake a 5-0 lead. Preston Overbey highlighted the Ole Miss fourth with a two-RBI double down the left field line.

ULM scored its first run of the contest in the home half of the fifth inning.
Dalton Herrington recorded the first hit of the game with a double to right center.
