Familiar foes to battle for 3A crown

The road to a state title game for any school never comes without trails and tribulations, but for Carroll and Farmerville the path to the Class 3A state finals has been a constant grind since the opening week in November.

Both playing in the heralded 2-3A district, the Bulldogs and Fighting Farmers had the toughest league schedule in any classification in the state, but their paths through the playoffs has been equally as trying with both team's getting pushed to the brink in their semifinal game in Bossier City last Thursday.
