Monroe man arrested for sex offense posted Thursday, February 28th, 2013 @ 12:00 pm  E-mail Story |  Print Story  Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a complaint last weekend that a man exposed his genitals while standing in a Monroe cul-de-sac in front of a residence. According to OPSO, the complainant said that the man, identified as Derrick Dewayne Dickens, 35, of 538 Birchwood Drive Monroe, then pulled his pants and underwear down, clearly exposing his genitals.
