Morrison, Nance indicted; warrant issued for Nance's arrest

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ricardo Nance, a former city of Monroe engineering department employee, who was indicted Feb. 21 along with his former boss Sinyale Morrison.

Morrison surrendered to authorities Feb. 22, the same day a Ouachita Parish grand jury indicted her on one-count indictment public payroll fraud. Nance was indicted on one count of public payroll fraud, too.

The grand jury reported to Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Scott Leehy.
Morrison posted her $10,000 bond that same day, but Nance has not been found. Assistant District Attorney Neal Johnson said State Police was trying to locate Nance.
