Pair indicted for murder over dice flap posted Thursday, February 28th, 2013 @ 12:00 pm  E-mail Story |  Print Story  Two Monroe men have been indicted by a Ouachita Parish grand jury in connection with the shooting death of a man who angered them in a dice game. Anthony De'Von Bass, 22, and Marquarius Denet York, 19, were indicted Feb. 21 in the death of Clinton Pratt, another Monroe resident. Bass and York were indicted for second-degree murder criminal conspiracy. They are being held at Ouachita Correctional Center with bonds totaling $500,000 each. .....
