The Ouachita Christian Lady Eagles girls' varsity got bumped out of the Class 1A basketball playoffs after Monday's close 48-44 loss to the Mt. Hermon Lady Yellowjackets.

Mt. Hermon will move on to the second round against Central Catholic who trounced Delhi Charter, 65-34.

In Monday's contest, the Lady Eagles traded leads with the Lady Yellowjackets up to the third period after which the teams entered the fourth frame with Mt. Hermon up 29-26.
