Monroe woman arrested for DWI, child endangerment

A Monroe woman was arrested last week after a Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office deputy pulled her over for improper lane use.

Ariel Danielle Gray, age 28, of 2000 Peach St. Apt. 34 in Monroe, was the driver of the tan Ford Crown Victoria stopped in the incident.

The officer said Gray's breath smelled of alcohol and that her eyes appeared to be bloodshot and watery.

Gray told the officer she had consumed approximately two cups of unknown size of "Rose." According to Gray, "Rose" is a type of vodka.
