Billy Graham and David Uth both ask us not to "borrow trouble."  In today's uncertain health, political, and economic climate, that is a difficult thing to do! Worrying about what might happen makes even the smallest trouble seem huge! Worry can crush our spirit.

We can count on the promise the Lord made to us: "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" (John 14: 27)  

Whatever our worry right now... cancer, future for Neville students and faculty, jobs, marriage, or grandchildren, "Let your requests be made known to God... and the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds. (Philippians 4: 7)
