Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo and the Monroe City Council joined the City of Monroe Department of Community Affairs Parks and Recreation division to announce the event Monday. Participating boys' teams will be Richwood, Carroll, Ouachita, Farmerville, Rayville, Lake Providence and Hillcrest (Dallas, TX) high schools.
