Electric QBs to face off Friday After steamrolling to a 35-0 first-half lead on the road last Friday, the Neville Tigers appeared to have its Class 4A second-round playoff contest against Breaux Bridge well in hand.
But the homesteading Tigers didn't go down without a fight, clawing back in the third quarter before Neville finally finished them off in the final 12 minutes, giving Monroe-based Tigers the 41-21 win.
It was the second straight year that Neville ended Breaux Bridge's season, ousting the Tigers 16-7 in Breaux Bridge in the semifinals last season.
