Man arrested for obscene act near church posted Wednesday, November 21st, 2012 @ 12:00 pm  E-mail Story |  Print Story  A West Monroe man was charged with obscenity Sunday night, after witnesses reportedly observed him exposing his penis near First Baptist Church in West Monroe. West Monroe Police were called to First Baptist Sunday evening, where witness reported a white male standing on the side of Mill Street exposing himself. Upon investigation, officers found Brennan Touchet, 22, of West Monroe. Touchet at first denied the allegations, but officers ran Touchet's criminal record and discovered he had pled guilty to a first offense obscenity charge in February. .....
