The Bulldogs (5-1) had two different opportunities to tie the game on two-point plays in the final quarter, including one with 38 seconds to play in the game, but the Aggies (5-1) escaped Shreveport with the win, snapping LA Tech's 12-game regular season winning streak. Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel proved as good as advertised as the freshman passed for 396 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for another 181 yards and three more scores, including a 72-yard run with only 2:04 to play that gave the Aggies a 59-44 lead. .....
