Society holds meeting
The October meeting of the NELA Genealogical & Historical Society will meet at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Louis Locke room of the Main Library on Stubbs Avenue in Monroe.
The speaker will be recently retired professor of history Dr. H. Perry Jones, whose topic will be one his favorite history subjects. Dr. Jones is always entertaining and guests are welcome. |
