WM Rotary to honor 'Greatest Generation'
posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
The West Monroe Rotary Club will host a luncheon next week to honor veterans for their service, particularly those veterans who served during World War II.

West Monroe Rotary spokesman Jerry Lazenby said the luncheon was just one way to honor the veterans of World War II.

"They made a tremendous sacrifice," Lazenby said. "This is just an appropriate, needed way to honor what we all know to be the Greatest Generation."

The special luncheon will be held at noon at the West Monroe Convention Center.
