Annual CelticFest storms into Kiroli Park The 8th Annual Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival takes to the stage this Saturday in a new home.
This year's festival will be held in West Monroe's Kiroli Park, a venue festival organizer Doyle Jeter says is ideal.
"We really do love the idea of doing the festival in Kiroli Park," Jeter says. "There's just no prettier place."
