That was the assessment provided Tuesday by Sparta Commission education coordinator Lindsay Gouedy. Gouedy delivered that message to a meeting of the West Monroe Kiwanis Club. "We're looking at 70 years of water being pulled out faster than it can be put back in," Gouedy said.
