I do believe that Victor Cascio was one of the nicest and most gracious people that you will ever meet.

I am not sure how many years he had been writing his column, but his column was filled with praise for others. He has made many people feel extraordinary.

I want to pay tribute to a man who has given praises to scores of people over the years. His words flowed like a quiet river with glistening reflections that attached a glow to his exceptional life. Victor's life was a quiet beam that was connected like a silent compliment that reached the inner confines of the souls that he praised in his weekly articles.
