State Department of Transportation and Development project engineer Amy Giddens said traffic will resume by the end of September, if not sooner, depending on the weather. The bridge should be ready in time for two big events scheduled at Kiroli early in October: the opening of the Raising Cane's Dog Park on Oct. 4, and the Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival close on its heels Oct. 6. .....
