Ouachita Parish Sheriff's deputies arrested Ronnie J. Osborne, 45, of West Monroe, and booked her into Ouachita Correctional Center on one count each of attempted murder, hit and run, criminal mischief and driving without a license. The incident occurred at the intersection of West Olive and Washington streets in West Monroe.
