"September Morn, We danced until the night became the day. A September Morn can still make me feel that way" Neil Diamond! I love that song in glorious September. In fact, I love almost all of Neil Diamond's creations. Before I die I really want to try and go to one of his concerts!
Dove hunting is another September favorite. Hope all have a good hunt. We always pick our little birds, wrap them in half piece of thin bacon, secure with a toothpick, marinate in anything handy, throw them on medium to hot charcoal and grill until just done, not too long. Serve with Jalapeņo Cheese Grits and Green Bean Bundles, Yum! Be safe and happy hunting! Remember as Joe Oliveros said, "It is not that I can't catch you, it is when!" Federal Game Warden Joe Oliveros was like Santa Claus, he was everywhere!
