Reverend Joe D. Solomon and Rev. J. Steven Wilkins officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Anderson West Barham of Oak Ridge. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robertine Rhymes Cobb and the late Dr. Benajah Bibb Cobb of Rayville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph West Barham of Oak Ridge. The bride earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana-Monroe. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Henry Vaughan of Monroe. He is the grandson of Rev. and Mrs. Joe D. Solomon and the late Mrs. Eloise Moyers Solomon, and Mrs. Nellie Dayton Vaughan and the late Warren Breard Vaughan Sr., all of Monroe. The groom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana-Monroe. He is employed by Dewitt, French, and Giger, LLP in Monroe. .....
