The Webster-Claiborne LSU Alumni Chapter will hold its 29th Annual Fish Fry and Golf Tournament Saturday, June 30, 2012, at the Pine Hills Country Club in Minden, Louisiana.

LSU's football coach is the traditional guest at the annual event. However, chapter officials are very excited about a change of pace in 2012. Former Tiger great Billy Cannon will be the featured speaker at this year's event. The 1959 Heisman Trophy winner is set to bring his famous trophy and be on hand to pose for photos and sign autographs.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and the featured program at 7 p.m. Individual tickets for the event are $30 ($50 per couple).

Scheduled for a 9 a.m. shotgun start, the chapter's annual golf tournament will be held at Pine Hills Country Club earlier in the day on Saturday, June 30. Prizes will be awarded after the field is flighted following the round. Entry fees must be turned in by June 22nd.
