Failure can be stepping stone to future success
 I have always loved to read. I am sure that desire was instilled in me by my schoolteacher mother. When we lived in Tallulah, where my father was the football coach, mother took my brother and me to the library every Saturday morning. I have been reading ever since.
When I was in my late teens, I developed a hunger for motivational books, building up quite a library of my own. I always enjoy taking certain books out from time to time and read the underlined parts again. "Think And Grow Rich" is one of those books. This book made a profound impact upon me. It changed the way I thought.
Another book that I have pulled out again to read the underlined parts is "Great Failures of the Extremely Successful" by Steve Young. When I was a school teacher, I wanted so badly to have a library such as the one that I have today in my classroom for my students to read. Sometimes we don't present a true picture about what it takes to become successful because there are not many books for that age that says much about failure.
