I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported me and most especially those who voted for me during the election.

We worked hard and walked a lot of miles in an attempt to meet and take our message and our goals, person to person, to as many registered voters in we could during the campaign.

Although the end result was certainly not to my liking or expectation, I am gratified to see that almost three times as many West Monroe residents turned out to vote and get involved in our political process than have in recent memory.

While my future plans for community service at this point are uncertain, you can be assured that my family and I will remain proud and involved citizens of the city of West Monroe and I personally will be doing all I can to make our city a better place to live, raise a family, work and operate a business.
