Optimism for the future continues to grow With the warm weather that has accompanied the beginning of 2012 we are seeing signs of commercial development emerging on the landscape. New developments are in the planning stage and restaurants and companies are making a move. As the economy continues to slowly improve, optimism for the future continues to grow. Look for 2012 to continue the trend set in 2011 which witnessed a return to normal activity in the commercial real estate market. |
