WM hires retail developer
The Dallas-based firm that developed Monroe's Pecanland Mall now has an agreement with the City of West Monroe to do something similar on land across from the Ike Hamilton Exposition Center off Interstate 20.
The West Monroe Board of Aldermen approved an ordinance Tuesday night to enter into a development agreement with the MGHerring Group L.L.C.
Aldermen acted on the matter during their regular meeting.
