One of the greatest problems in America, and even in our churches today is the sad fact that we do not study God's word. Most do not even read it on a regular basis.

There are many valid reasons why we should study God's word. Perhaps the best reason – in a nut shell- is Proverbs 14:34, "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."

There are many specific reasons why all of us should read and study God's word everyday.  Some of the more obvious are:
