Fair Park Baptist Church marks 63 years Fair Park Baptist Church will celebrate its 63rd anniversary on Sunday, March 11, with worship at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., Sunday School at 9:15 a.m., and an old fashioned Dinner on the Ground at 11:45 a.m. in the Family Ministry Building Gym. Fair Park Baptist Church began in 1949 as a vision in the hearts of 39 residence of the White's Ferry Road Community.
"God has blessed Fair Park through the years by providing a wonderful place for families to worship and grow" said Darris Waren, minister of worship and longtime church member. "Church is much more than a "place" to come. The church is the people — people who serve this community, as well as communities all around the world.
