The annual Blessing of the Bikes by the Messiah Riders will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at Chennault Park in Monroe.

A free lunch and blessing will be given at the event. This year, organizers have added a Blessing Run to raise money for the Run for the Son event. The run is about 100 miles and will cost $20 per bike. It includes lunch for the driver and passenger, and door prize tickets. There will also be a silent auction.

Run for the Son raises money to purchase transportation for overseas missionaries and pastors as well as funding for the Jesus Film Project.

Information: 355-1568 or 245-5295.
