Norris honored at White House Efforts to alleviate strain on the Sparta Aquifer will receive national attention thanks to a White House program created to call attention to "Champions of Change."
West Monroe Mayor Dave Norris traveled to the nation's capital city earlier this week to take part in a ceremony Wednesday honoring him and 10 other government officials from around the country for visionary uses of infrastructure to improve the quality of life for their citizens.
