One of the definitions for passion in the Webster's collegiate Dictionary is extreme, compelling emotion, intense emotional drive or excitement. Read the remarks of any successful person about what it takes to become successful and each of them will talk about passion.

Steve Jobs mentioned passion in a commencement speech to a group of seniors. He counseled them to find their true passion and do what it is that they love to do. You get the best efforts from others not by lighting a fire beneath them, but by building a fire within----and that fire is called passion.

Life is too short not to be passionate about what it is you do. Tom Brokaw said that we must be passionate about what we do. It should make you feel like you had won the lottery the day before. Asked yourself, "Are you passionate about what you do everyday? Are you driven by passion?
