Are you stuck? Are you stuck on the effects of a traumatic event that you can not escape. Divorces, broken relationships, and deaths are some of the toughest conditions to get over.

These wounds have become a part of your thoughts. They are a part of every conversation that you have. You are stuck in this trauma. You can not seem to get out of the ditch. In fact, the ditch is getting deeper.

Our thought processes influence our future. What we think about the longest becomes the strongest. How do we get out of the ditch? How do we get rid of the pain? How do we get rid of the anger? The heartache? The disillusionment? Loneliness? Even downright hate?
