White takes home top chamber award
Ouachita Independent Bank Chairman Clyde White is the 2012 recipient of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce Rambin-Silverstein Award.
The Chamber made that announcement at its 91st annual meeting and banquet, held Tuesday night.
The award is presented annually to a resident of Ouachita Parish who has displayed outstanding leadership and service to the community.
