It is the little things that matter

If you have heard me speak, or read anything that I have written over the past 30 years, then you have heard, "It is the little things that make a great big difference."

What is the difference between barely catching a plane and barely missing a plane? It is a great big difference. What is the difference between a plane barely landing on the run way and barely missing the run way? A big difference. What is the difference between being barely pregnant and not pregnant? A great big difference. What is the difference between being barely alive and being barely dead? The greatest difference of all.

I watch motivational videos from a website called simple truths.com. These videos make me feel like I am faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall building. Of course, I am exaggerating, but it does make me feel like Super Man. It raises my expectations and increases my desire to achieve.
