Book store holding reunion
posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
A Crystal Heart Book Store Reunion will be held Jan. 14, 2011.

The Crystal Heart occupied a store space downtown West Monroe from October 1988 to 1995.  It was predominately a self help bookstore that sponsored a variety of unique and enlightening workshops and study groups.

The potluck event is being planned as a fundraiser for Local Yocal Love, an organization that helps children with art projects that are sold to assist people with incidental medical expenses.

The gathering begins at 11 a.m. at Kiroli Park Lodge in West Monroe. Lunch is at noon. Pawton Robey will make a presentation at 1 p.m. and an expo will be held from 2-5 p.m. The expo includes angel readings, massage, art, foot treatments and more.
Robey's presentation will be for a suggested love offering of $40.

A love offering of $20 per person or $25 per couple will be accepted. Proceeds from the offering benefit Local Yocal Love.

Pre-registration is appreciated. To pre-pay, or for more information, send an e-mail to Carla Quincey at carlaquincey7@yahoo.com.
