What a great Christmas 2011! Monroe's decorations were magnificent!
Starting on North Third Street, we love the taste of Michael and Deidre Henry's just right decorations on the former Tom Scott home that has been refurbished and looks smart. Travel to Riverside Drive and see the beautiful crown of white lights on the regal Georgian mansion originally belonging to the Graves family and now owned by the Dr. Darryl Marx family. Delores and Johnny T. Johnson's front door was magnificent with three wreaths in the round and reminds one of the days it belonged to the Fox family...Jibby's family. Marion McHenry Zentner and Tommy made the beautiful Greek revival home of her parents, the Dr. Armand McHenrys, just the quintessential place to see.

Martha Jane Anderson retired from University of Louisiana-Monroe after 35 years of service as Assistant Dean of Students and SGA Advisor. She is married to Patrick H. Anderson Sr., has two children, and four grandchildren. |
