Happiness can be found in specifics
I was eating my breakfast in front of the TV, and I saw where they were going to air a program the next day discussing the pursuit of happiness.
I immediately thought about the class that I taught my last year at West Monroe High School. I had taught a two week course from my book, "Building a Better You."
I taught this course at the beginning of each semester. Each session began with the question, "What do you want?" I tried to motivate the students to not only think, but to also be able to write down their thoughts. You would be surprised to find out how many people have problems with expressing their feelings through writing.
