What's ahead in 2012 The New Year always begins with football and this one is beginning with a bang. The Saints and LSU have brought a sense of pride to this area. New Orleans will be rocking this week with football fans everywhere. As LSU prepares for the rematch with Alabama, all I can say is, "Let the best team win, AGAIN!"
The sun has set on the old year, it's time to look into the new year. Conventional wisdom indicates it will be much the same; however, I see things a little better than that. Although we will continue to see ups and downs in the real estate market, I believe that our area will begin making progress.
In the case of interest rates, there are opportunities to take advantage of. If you have not refinanced your mortgage in the past few years, you are probably paying too much interest.
