ULM's Sutherlin published in journal An article by University of Louisiana at Monroe political science associate professor John W. Sutherlin has been published in the International Journal of Business, Humanities and Technology.
The peer-reviewed article is an essay about the findings in the book "Reset: Iran, Turkey and America's Future."
"The research needed to complete this article took most of last spring and this past summer," commented Sutherlin, "There were so many policy considerations for American foreign policy in that part of the world, you cannot assume anything as fact."
