Mayo responds to legislative audit Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo will make no personnel changes in the city's engineering department until authorities close a criminal investigation of payroll irregularities in that department.
"I don't want to be presumptuous in terms of what the investigation will say or won't say," Mayo told The Ouachita Citizen Monday. "It is in the hands of the 4th District Attorney's office."
